Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service
The Service provides users with the capability to maintain a comprehensive and organized repository of information pertaining to their educational credentials, professional licenses, liability insurance policies, and other related data. This repository enables users to securely store, manage, and access their information in a centralized manner. In order to use the Service, you must create an account and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the account registration form. You represent and warrant that all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate, and you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
2. User Content
The Service enables users to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise provide various types of content, including, but not limited to, information related to their educational background, medical specialization, professional licensing and credentialing, continuing education and maintenance of certification activities, as well as claims data pertaining to their professional liability insurance policies (collectively referred to as "User Content"). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that any User Content you provide may be used, processed, and stored by the Service in accordance with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
The Service utilizes artificial intelligence and generative AI technologies from third-party vendors as a core component of its functionality. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your User Content and other data may be processed and analyzed by these AI systems in order to provide the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your data to be processed in this manner.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CredentialRx Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CredentialRx Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
